Simple Cottage, natural setting, safe quiet clean huge Beautiful Private beach.  
  
We are super hosts with 5 star reviews.  
All photos are taken on the property  
Amazing sunset views over the ocean  
Full kitchen, living room, Master double bedroom,a/c, fabulous porch with beach and water views. bunk bed room.  
This cottage has been moved 300 ft further from the bluff.  
Long wide 360 ft private beach for just you and 4 cottages.

1\. 360 ft of gorgeous safe beach for 4 cottages and the main house  
2\. Sunset over the water and sunset colors for an hours afterwards  
3\. Amazing stargazing , you may see fireflies and shooting stars. very safe beach and area.  
4\. Natural setting. One of the few spots that feels like old Cape Cod  
5\. An ever changing view from your cottage. Watch the tide roll in and out for almost a mile.  
6\. We are on the highest point between the bridge and Truro. You get unsurpassed views of the Sagamore Bridge, the entire Cape Cod bay, and Provincetown from the top of the beach stairs. The third most beautiful view in America according to Travel and Leisure Magazine.  
7\. The Brewster flats at low tide offer amazing shelling and a magnificent not to missed walk  
8\. Location. Close to great restaurants, gorgeous neighborhoods for biking and walking. In the middle of Cape Cod. A perfect home base for exploring the Cape.  
9\. Most of our renters who have been coming for years try to never leave the property. (except to get take out - our cottages have a better view than most restaurants) Their day is filled with beach and flats walks, swims and sunsets, and relaxing watching the view.  
10\. Comfortable small cottage with full kitchen, eat in porch, master bed room with double bed, bunk bedroom all with water views! Fall asleep listening to the waves.
