"Room: Strange room design. Missing free water and tea/coffee with boiler in the room. Street noisy during the night (drunk screaming people + racing cars) Staff: Some of the staff are unfriendly, rude Spa: Good spa equipment, however only one hour is allowed per guest per day. Not enough to discover/enjoy it. Flip flops not provided (only an expensive gummy pair with logo of the hotel are available for 19€) Conclusion: Hotel that might have potential but quality of services are not the one expected for a 4 stars hotel."
