It is essentially a hotel room with a coffee pot, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and a lanai. If you think you’ll economize by making one or two meals a day yourself (I thought I’d save some money by making breakfast each day), while it’s technically possible, it’s not easy. There is neither any sort of conventional food preparation area nor a kitchen sink. My food prep area ended up being the coffee table. Not exactly ideal. The host was responsive when a minor problem occurred, and which was promptly addressed, so no quibble here with regard to communication. This is a basic, barebones accommodation. Check in was very smooth and met the owner by chance the day of arrival. Very friendly and helpful. The unit was super clean with tons of towels, soaps, dishes etc. She had plenty of beach equipment and towels and really nice snorkeling gear.
