Clogged drains
The rental was as presented. The four bedrooms were nice for our group. However, the one bathroom had a clogged tub. We reached out for support and got an immediate response that it would be taken care of. To make a long story short, the drain was never fixed during our stay and we had a gross backed-up shower. The service was overpromised and under-delivered. It's funny how the little things can make a great vacation a frustrating vacation. If the problem was fixed the rental and location would be great. SImple fix!

Cute condo!
We really enjoyed our stay in this Princeville, Kauai condo! It worked out great for our 4 couples each having their own room and bathroom. We had a little flood from the washing machine while there…but lucky we caught it pretty quick and it cleaned up well with the tile floors saving the day. If I could change anything I would suggest the condo be stocked with beach items like snorkel gear, paddle boards, and beach chairs, but other then kind of missing those things we’ve been spoiled with from previous Vrbo stays it was a great place! Beautiful view from the kitchen and patio to wake up to and have breakfast! Thanks for an awesome place to rest our heads after our adventure filled days in Kauai! It was great!

Nice stay in Princeville
Well located in Princeville, quiet with great view of ocean. Not an easy walk to the ocean down a steep, muddy trail and it's not safe to swim there anyway. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. 2 story. No direct sunlight as unit faces N. Lots of birds. Live rooster alarm clock worked reliably. Minor issues: No AC. cross breeze was nice. Wouldn't have used AC anyway. Parking can be challenging as many were empty handicapped spots. Dishwasher was hard to start (?instructions), toilet in master suite ran non stop. Overall, good value. Other family stayed at the Westin, 4-5 min drive away in Princeville.

Family Vacation in Princeville
We have stayed in this condo twice and it will always be our first choice if it is available! Our family of 6 is very comfortable and the central location in Princeville can’t be beat. The kitchen is fully stocked. We were able to cook all meals and even bake! The on site amenities keep everyone happy between the pool, spa, bikes, pickleball, shuffle board and tennis. Watching the sunset from the lawn is something we look forward to.

Perfect place to stay with adult children
The rooms are amazing! 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it a perfect accommodation for 4 adult couples. The cliffs are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this location before and it was just as nice as the first time!! There were a few problems with things that did not work that were never repaired while we were there, but overall it is a fantastic place to stay!!!

Lovely condo at the Cliffs
The condo was wonderful. We saw whales breaching from the lanai, the beds were comfy, though the king upstairs creaked. Small potatoes. Seven of us stayed there and never felt crowded, always comfortable, and we all were very happy with the accommodations. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone, and hope to return soon!

This is a fabulous location in the planned community of Princeville. Amenities were as described. Plenty of space for 11 of us. Sadly the management doe not enforce the 2 vehicles per unit rule so evening and night parking were an issue with 2 disabled people.

Great condo!
Our condo experience was excellent! Great views with whale watching from the balcony. This condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kitchen had everything you would need, the only thing I would suggest is having some sort of shelving unit to put groceries on, we had to use the kitchen counters but definitely not a deal breaker. The condo above us was being renovated so we did have some very loud pounding and a tile saw that was annoying and loud but that project won't last long. I would suggest updating your condo pics for VRBO as it has been updated very nicely and even now has a dishwasher! We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to our next trip to The Cliffs!

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location and unit. The trash drawer in the kitchen needs adjusting, as it has difficulty staying closed. Also, the top drawer of the night stands in the large downstairs bedroom do not close completely. These items were in these conditions when we first arrived. Mahalo.

Perfect location with spectacular views and walking distance to the best trails. The condo was roomy and clean. Internet worked well. The only challenge that we had was the 10:00 am checkout time without the ability to change.

Perfect get away
Rented this unit for my wife’s birthday weekend and it was great. The property manager was awesome, the kept us informed as our stay got closer and was very helpful. All in all a perfect weekend get away for us.

Cliffs Escape in Princeville
The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was a 4 bedroom 4 bath unit. It accommodated everyone's needs. The bedrooms is very spacious. The property has such beautiful views of the mountains and the ocean. Checking in and out was super easy and fast! Thank you so much to the timeshare owners for renting it out and for sharing this beautiful experience of having such a gorgeous view from this unit. All I can say is that this unit is awesome! Infact, my family and I enjoyed it so much that we are thinking about doing another staycation in the next couple of weeks and we want this same exact unit.

Beautiful location, frustrating process
Overall, the location is amazing. The view from the balcony is stunning and the local birds will keep you entertained. Unfortunately, we had a terrible time communicating with the management company, Vacasa. Upon arrive, I had not received an email detailing our vacation stay and thus was unable to enter our VRBO. This required contacting the property manager where I was put on hold for over an hour. This was EXTREMELY frustrating as we were a current customer and spent a lot of money to stay in this rental. The interior is very nice. We did notice many of the cleaning details were being overlooked. The vents in every bathroom are filthy and full of dust. I initially noticed because I have a bad dust allergy and was sneezing each time I used the bathroom. This is also a fire hazard and should be looked at immediately. The cabinets have also not been cleaned. Due to the pandemic we are currently facing, we made sure to wipe the kitchen clean and were surprised to see the amount of grease and dirt on the cabinets. Gross! The windows and slider doors were also very dirty and hard to open. These are minor details that I want to address because clearly they are often overlooked and we pay a cleaning fee. 24 hours prior to our check-out date, I had contacted Vacasa several times requesting a later check-out time. After 4-5 messages and calls, I still received no response (only that I was 170th in line on hold). We contacted the front desk of the condo community and they had no contact information available for this unit. Can you imagine our frustration? We continued to wait for a response, with no luck the cleaning crew arrived and essentially kicked us out. We frantically packed. After 10 minutes of packing and loading the car, I received a call from the management company, not even addressing my question, but to tell me that the cleaning crew is waiting and that we need to leave. WHAT?! I cannot explain how frustrating it is to pay for a service and receive very inadequate communication. In summary, this location is amazing and will not disappoint. However, I would HIGHLY recommend establishing communication with Vacasa months in advance. Address all the areas I touched on above and hopefully you will not experience the same frustrations my family and I did.

Lovely grounds, smallish pool with waterfall nearby, and best of all, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Galley kitchen with no dishwasher and small living room area. No air conditioning and lower level bedrooms can be warm. Good view of the grounds and ocean from the balcony. You must drive to get to a beach. We enjoyed our stay!
