  • One of the largest listings in all of Princeton, this house is a great spot if you're looking to get together with your friends and family, and an even better spot for when you all need a break from each other. Whether it's having a ping pong tournament in the rec room, finishing up some work in the office, or grilling up some burgers on the balcony, everyone in your group will have the space to do what they want.

    I have multiple places in town, so if you're looking for something specific, just send me a message and I can let you know what I have available!

    HOUSE RULES


    OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 12 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 5 guests, it is expected that only up to 5 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

    SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

    EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 12+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 12 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund.

    QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

    PARKING: This house has a large driveway, with space for plenty of cars. Please do not park on the front lawn.

    DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

    PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

    PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet.

Great stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect set up and nicely decorated, with everything we needed for our 3 day stay! It was an easy drive to restaurants and amenities. The best part may well have been the long lawn, which was our dog's favorite!

Great neighborhood. Quiet yet close to anything you could need during a stay. Clean property, well maintained. Plenty of space. Great beds. Very happy overall as was my group. We will book again.

Great house and experience

The house was stocked well, whole process was very easy. Host was great, I forgot my kindle and he had it in the mail to me that night. Highly recommend.

Spacious

Property was spacious and as described. Property cleaning charge are a lot considering the cleanliness ,however the home was not as cleaned there was dust, stains, dirt, debris. Overall stay was comfortable, neighborhood is peaceful.

Perfect Location to Explore Princeton

This was an excellent base from which to explore both the Princeton campus and the wider region. Very spacious so perfect for a larger family. Centrally located to shops and restaurants, etc, as well as train station. Quick commute to Manhattan and Philadelphia. Interior is lovely and almost makes you feel you are in California (instead of NJ in winter.:)

Perfect House for our crafting weekend

My crafting friends and I used this house for our crafting weekend. The house was exactly as advertised, the beds super comfy, the TV was huge, excellent location, minutes away from the train station and not far from the university. House is very modern, well-maintained, and spacious. The owner was responsive to all of our inquiries and needs.

Great space for extended family

We spent a long weekend here and used all the beds. The kitchen and dining room/living room made for a great gathering space for a larger group. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed except a coffee grinder (accidentally bought whole bean). The house is older and a little drafty in the winter, but the beds were comfy (good reports all around- even the fold down couch) and the comforters were warm. Would stay here again if we’re looking for a large house in the area.

Great place!

This home was perfect for our family while we visited the area. Plenty of space, very clean and great communication! We appreciated the abundance of towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and soap being provided etc… all of the little things that seem to be missing when we’ve stayed elsewhere were provided here. The layout would be great for multiple families as there is 1 bedroom (2 beds) and the living room with sleeper couch downstairs with a sliding door option to close off the staircase. The ping pong table was a great addition that our kids loved and we will definitely stay here next time we’re visiting.

Great family house

Three adult couples, children under 4, under 3, and under 1. So it was great staying together rather than in 3+ hotel rooms. Even hosted a dinner for some local dinner on Sunday. Md the place had it all (kitchen, wash, bathroom stuff) all for us. When we didn’t have something the VRBO owner dropped it off quickly. Bathrooms in bedrooms are small but that is a nit as the overall experience was outstanding.

Wouldn’t stay here again

The place was ok. I’d have preferred it to be clean and have bathrooms which are functional. One of the bathrooms had used 6 of used hairwashes with a broken steel drain cover which was gross. There were no proper hand wash or cleaning supplies across the house. Overall our experience was moderate. I wouldn’t prefer to stay here again or would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a good stay with kids.

Awesome Place!

James' house is located in a nice neighborhood, close to the Princeton Junction train station and also to Princeton University. House is very well stocked and very clean. Comfortable beds with lots of space.

Great place for everyone to get together

A lot of space, a great balcony, and a great yard to have kids run around. East check in and out. Near everything. Great place all around.
