Personnel très courtois, ils ont répondu rapidement et positivement à nos demandes spéciales. Le fameux biscuit chaud à notre arrivée est toujours agréable. Le service au restaurant en soirée pourrait être amélioré... plus d’attention et de conseils sur le menu aurait été appréciés.

I chose this hotel because the Expedia site said they offer free shuttles in the area. However, the shuttle service was not available in weekends when I stayed. That should be added. The property was clean and good!

The cost of the snacks and food and breakfast there are outrageous to have a fully functioned in kitchen and the quality of the food that they serve was lackluster it can be severely improved and the cost of the snack bar by the front desk is outrageous makes no sense where the cost of these basic things would be so high if I had to do it all over again I would go somewhere else

It was a nice property, helpful to have a restaurant at the hotel after a long day of travel. We booked a king room with a pull out and on our reservation we indicated that we were traveling with children. It would have been nice to have bedding set for the pull out ahead of our arrival. We were excited about the pool, but unfortunately we were not able to use it due to an issue with the pool during our stay.

This is my second stay at this hotel in 9 years. Still nice and clean, but rooms are starting to show some minor signs of wear with scuffs on cabinets and furniture. Plenty of parking space for my car with trailer. Courteous staff. Breakfast buffet is OK but a bit pricey for what you get, still convenient to have it in the hotel. Notwithstanding small inconveniences, I would stay here again.

The rooms are fairly basic. THere is no fritz & Microwave. Coffee in the room is terrible. Only other option is a coffee vending Machine, which was also not good. Holiday Inn express would be a far better option

Very nice hotel and convenient parking. Only complaint was our room was on the front side facing Highway 1 and very noisy. I had ear plugs so I didn’t ask to change rooms but I would have if I were staying longer.

On arrival no one was at the reception we had to wait 1 hour soon someone came there was no apology he was so rude during checking in didn’t even explain anything, such were fire exit is. Rooms was dirty no one cleaned our room for days, when we ask housekeeping we couldn’t get an answer. I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Average across the board. Bed was comfortable, but the bathroom had ample room for improvement. For one, the toilet’s handle and seat were flimsy and clearly had patch repairs in the past. The shower also had some shampoo smears and hair in the wall in places that weren’t from me upon arrival. Overall, it’ll do in a pinch but I won’t stay here again if I can avoid it.
