Modern upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms combine with natural touches in the dining room and sunroom to coalesce into something totally unique. And with downtown Princeton just a five-minute drive away, you can enjoy serenity without having to go completely off the grid. Only the detached garage is off limits as it is used for storage. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE There are two Ring cameras. One doorbell cam at the front door, and one floodlight cam above the garage. HOUSE RULES OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 10 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 5 guests, it is expected that only up to 5 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests. EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 10+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 10 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind. PARKING: This house has a large driveway, with space for plenty of cars. Please do not park on the front lawn. DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay. PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing. PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. We had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. He even let me check in a couple hours early when I couldn’t get an outlet for my computer in town. Princeton is only a 9 minute drive and it’s super direct. Easy to have our meals there, but the kitchen is well appointed. We were able to hang out at the kitchen table and the living room. Our group of ten was able to comfortably enjoy our weekend in this nice clean house. Linens, kitchenware and anything else you might need was also available. Very spacious, clean and lots of room for hanging out with family and sleeping arrangements. Though we did not use the backyard, it was large and suitable for outdoor grilling and activities. Downtown Princeton was minutes away and very easy to get to. Our host James was accessible at all times though we did not need to contact him. I plan to book it again. ##### Dana Q. A few of us stayed at this house. It was perfect for the group. The home was immaculately clean, each room so well appointed and was so homey and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The street could be a little noisy but that’s more of an observation than an annoyance. It’s also a super quick drive into the town of Princeton so that was really convenient. When we rent another VRBO I hope it meets these standards. ##### Gena P. It was perfect for my business trip. My service animal tagged along and absolutely loved running in the large yard. The kitchen is beyond gorgeous and the whole home is warming. Our family gathered for Thanksgiving- for the first time since covid- and this property provided the perfect spot. The house was spacious- 9we were even able to sit in the sun room in the afternoon despite cold temperatures) the yard was wonderful (we could play a little football even with the cold weather). It was an wonderful family stay!!!! We loved the location- runs next to the river and close to Princeton campus and town. We would stay again as a family stay. ##### ellen k.
