Please leave the keys and pass the same way when leaving. No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property for the entire duration. No vacationing students or chaperoned parties are permitted. No refund will be given for early departures. Speed limit in Edgewater Resort is 5 KM Very Important as kids are playing everywhere No early check in or check out whatsoever. This time is allotted for the cleaner to ensure the property has been properly cleaned. Please plan your arrival time according to the check in time. Security Deposits will be automatically returned by VRBO or AIRBNB. Arrivals and Departures Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am the following Sunday for weekly renters. Please follow this simple rule or you may be asked to leave by the campground owners, we DO NOT own the campground. Once inside the Rental Property please make yourselves at Home. Please sort recycling and dispose of garbage at Edgewater Trailer Park dumpster, please follow the garbage map. A $100.00 fee will be charged to your credit card for any garbage or recycling left for cleaners to dispose of. Damage or loss Please be aware that all properties are inspected once Guests have departed. Please be aware that all damages missing and / or excessive cleaning will be your responsibility. All furniture must be returned to the original setting if moved. A fee of $100.00 will be charged if the moved furniture is not put back to its original location as we have only one cleaner. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink - $100 fee. Please keep the kitchen in an organized manner. Items ie: glasses, utensils, plates must be returned to their original location as a courtesy for the next guests as this is not the cleaner’s responsibility. Room Supplies Toilet paper, Laundry soap, hand sanitizer, hand soap, paper towels and extra Sandbanks passes are NOT INCLUDED with property rental. If you run out of propane and there is not an additional tank please pick up the tank and submit the receipt for reimbursement. The Tambo store is right around the corner. Sandbanks Family Resort Cottage/Trailer would require ALL LINENS AND BLANKETS, pillows and towels to be brought by the Renter. We had no hot water nor gaz for the oven. We stayed in the dark until the following day with no answers from the owner. In fact, he never communicated with us. Fortunately we got help from the owner of the camping site to understand how things in the cottage worked after several time we asked. The cottage was not super clean, especially the furniture that was old and often dirty. The only thing positive was the site near the bay. ##### Christine M. Deck is border line unsafe. Beds are 3/10\. I have stayed in a few traillers on campgrounds in the past hut this one is by far the worst. NOT AS ADVERTISED. Could not get in touch with owner at all. Extremely small rooms, paperthin walls. Clean, yes. While hard surfaces are in good condition (bathroom, kitchen, floors) everything fabric/stuffed is outdated. Mattresses, outdoor cushions, and the couch is completely busted. You will have to fight the patio door every time you use it. Super close neighbors (it's a camping) with barking dogs. The location is great, the outdoor patio is roomy and breezy. There is central A/C and a smart tv, and the Westlake is a perfect place to practice paddle and kayak. So use the free rentals, use the free pass to Sandbanks, it's what makes the price ok for what you get. ##### Jacinthe R.
