Magnifiques vacances!!!
J'ai séjourné une semaine à cette maison, accompagnée de trois enfants (9, 11 et 12 ans). La maison est propre et très confortable !!! L'emplacement au bord de l'eau offre un "set-up" exceptionnel. Pêche directement sur le quai privé (mon garçon a péché plus d'une dizaine de petits poissons), kayak et canot, admiration contemplative, feux en soirée, etc. C'est un emplacement qui fait rêver et qui permet de vivre de beaux moments en famille. Aggie est très gentille et la communication est facile avec elle. Je recommande chaudement cet hébergement. C'est une valeur sûre!

Warm and welcoming
We were given a personal tour of the property at check in to make us feel comfortable and a good Understanding of the different aspects . The counter had fresh cut flowers and a local bottle of wine for our stay . Well lit and beautiful view of the water. The guest parking accommodates 3 cars . The beds were comfortable and nice pillows The one bedroom is water side and the second bedroom has two singles and a double . The open floor plan made it easy to cook and have guests for dinner . Overall our stay was great in the county . It was 37 min from Belleville and Picton was 12 min . I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area .

Awesome Week at Bella Vista Lake House
My family had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic cottage, waterfront, property and literally five minutes from the Sandbanks provincial park. Communication with Aggie was clear and she was an amazing host. Highly recommended for families with young kids.

everything we could have hoped and more :)
my friends and i spent a weekend at this cottage for some fun and relaxation. aggie was very welcoming and the place was very spacious, clean, and inviting. we were able to enjoy a nice barbecue dinner and campfire night. there was a great view of the lake and the location was in close proximity to many wineries and the beach. my friends and i had a great time here - we really couldn’t ask for anything more! thank you aggie for the amazing experience :)

Beautiful stay on the waterfront
4 of us went away for a girls weekend and had a lovely time at Aggie's place. It was even nicer than the photos suggest, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting by the waterfront and having a fire with a gorgeous sunset. We hope to come and stay again!

29JUL-01AUG 2022 This is exactly what we were looking for ...furthermore it exceeded our expectation! Not even sure what to start with as everything was PERFECT. Aggie and Steve are amazing hosts...not only proactive, reliable but kind, polite and very helpful. The property is amazing, no words to describe the beauty, serenity and last but not least manicured grounds ! Sunsets by the fire pit, along with a a good wine, great company and the stunning views have complemented our stay! Convenient and clean!
We really enjoyed our family vacation at Aggie’s place. She was so kind upon arrival. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. I personally feel like the photos don’t do it justice! Just a beautiful place to stay and very conveniently located close to Sandbanks. Hoping to return one day!

Perfect weekend !!
My sisters and mom stayed at this location for my daughters wedding weekend. It was clean, bright and had every amenity required. The bonus was the fire pit on the water where we enjoyed late night conversations and early morning coffee. Breathtaking views !!! Thank you so much Aggie & Steve Cheryl

Had excellent time, cottage is spacious and clean. We had amazing time canoeing on the lake. The campfire by the lake was spectacular. Location is great very close to Sand Banks and Picton.

Prince Edward County a great place to visit! Everything you would look for in a vacation,.
This is an amazing rental! It is spacious, comfortable, clean, very well appointed, perfect for water activities, swimming, canoeing, kayaking or just sitting around the fire pit admiring the spectular sunsets. The owner and her family bend over backwards to ensure you are every need is met.

We spent a wonderful week at Agnese's! The place is beautiful and so close to Sandbanks National Park. In the evening you can even hear the loon! We enjoyed the lakeside and the access to the national park by bike or car. Agnese is an exceptional host! Available, helpful, she helped us discover very nice places around Prince Edward County and to spend a very relaxing holiday. We will be back - for sure!

Lots of space for hanging out. Well equipped for a group of 6. Large picture windows for looking out onto East Lake. Easy access to the rest of the county. Our host Aggie was very welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Prince Edward.

Girls weekend in the county.
This was an amazing property with the most hospitable host, Aggie and her family. The location was stunning. It is close to Picton, Bloomfield, Wellington and The Sandbanks. This area has a lot to offer anytime of the year but the scenery in the fall is the most spectacular. I cannot wait to return! Thank you for an absolutely incredible weekend.

Wonderful property and stay
We loved staying at Agnese's property! The location was beautiful and we woke up to a picture perfect view of the lake with big white swans swimming right in front of us. We did not have a fire but the fire pit area was very tempting. We took a taxi over into Wellington where we had rented bikes, and the ride and fare was not long or too costly, forthe small group of women we were. The 5 of us slept very comfortably and soundly, as the owners were quiet up above us. We had all that we needed for our stay to make ourselves food while we were there. Thank you!

Successful Minimoon in the County
The property was just as expected. There was lots of room inside and outside, and everything was in excellent condition. There were many helpful brochures for activities in the County, but there were also many things to do at the property, such as have a fire, go out in a canoe or kayak, or enjoy a quiet night in. We really enjoyed our little minimoon at Bella Vista House. It was the perfect way to escape and relax. We opted to get out and explore the County, checking out the wineries, shops, and Sandbanks Provincial Park. It was great to have the pass for Sandbanks, and the brochures provided in the binder were helpful for figuring out locations to visit. Great vacation spot and we'd definitely go back again.

Three of us enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this property. Close to 2 highly rated estate vineyards, a honey farm, sandbanks, the shops of picton, and the Wellington farmers market. Right on the water, very spacious and has everything you need for a wonderful time!

Great vacation house
Once again this year, it was a great vacation week in a fantastic house and location! The sunsets there are amazing and the rental is big, rooms and beds are confortable and the yard is huge! We loved fishing on the deck, caught a bass right from there, every morning and Sandbanks beach is 5mins away which is great, the kayaks are there for us to use and East Lake is amazing when the is no wind end of day or in the morning. The kids loved swimming in the warm waters and also playing with Jackson, the. Icest dog ever, they miss him already. Thank you Aggie and Steve! Eric

Beautiful Space & Welcoming Host
Our family of five had a wonderful time here. The location near the lake was exactly what we were looking for as our teens could choose to either fish with their dad, read a book with me or toss around a football or play catch in the backyard. It was serene, beautiful, and relaxing all at once. The home itself is perfect for our family of five. It had exactly what we needed for our little get away and the view is incredible. Aggie is such a welcoming host! We got two flat tires which caused a delay in our arrival. Rather than having to stop for groceries, she brought some basics down for us so we could rest and at least have breakfast the next day. Having a few extra hours of sleep definitely helped! This is the first time all three teens have asked us to return to a location. All of us loved it! Thank you for your hospitality Aggie!

Amazing site, great vacation!
It was our fourth year at the same house and we had another great vacation! The house is clean and comfortable and is ideal for water activities: kayak, stand-up paddle, swim, windsurf, etc. A lot of equipment is available at the house. The sunsets are beautiful! Aggie, the house owner, is wonderful! There are more activities to do in the area than you can fit in a week! I strongly recommend this house for your next vacation!

Very comfortable.it was cloudy, cold and rained, the house was well stocked with toys and games.
