« This hotel is not the same now that the old staff is gone. They use to be so friendly, happy to see me back everytime, check in in 2min, always do their best... Now, its cold. Got their around 2pm, the new girl looked at me up and down and told me *** check in is at 3 She did that 2 me twice in the past month. This time it was 215pm when she told me... And I was like what do you want me to wait here untill 3pm ...she said yes I started laughing and ask her if she is serious. I think she felt...

« Good job, they were good to us. Amazing housekeeping staff... they work very hard and always had a smile for us. Front desk also good. Only one front desk staff talk too fast and didn't listen before getting my full question. Anyway that's nothing. Just nice to not feel rushed when I had question, etc. Lobby could have been better cleaned. The hotel restaurant was great! Nice staff great food. And best news..it's a Wyndham now! »
