Friendly staff, very clean and good value. Out of town location would suit someone driving although there is a bus service to Heraklion.
Internet speed is poor and and unsuited to 2018.

Pros: Beautiful grounds, unique property, very clean and economical friendly. View of sea from balcony, walk to beach and local restaurants.
Cons: limited street parking on side street only, then enter through front gate. Mattress really hard.

The friendliness of the majority of staff. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms were very clean along with daily cleaning.
The dining had a variety of food that was very good this included the buffet for breakfast and dinner as well as a la carte dining. The waiters and waitresses were personable with excellent service. The only issue in our room was the air conditioner that took awhile to resolve.
Otherwise a great experience.
