« Le service n’est pas super. J’ai essayé de contacter le numéro et le service est seulement en Allemagne. Par la suite j’ai envoyé un e-mail pour demandé un extra oreiller. J’ai toujours pas reçu de réponse. J’ai passer 6 jours et j’ai du m’acheter un oreiller car le leurs était aplatie comme une crêpe. L’année prochaine je ne pense pas aller a cette hôtel. Ma première fois cettais bien mais cette année j’ai eu un petit pépin et aucun support. »

« Très bel établissement. J’ai séjourné dans la bâtisse devant l’hôtel et la chambre était moderne et confortable. Le service au chambre est impeccable et la chambre était nettoyée nickel sans reproche à chaque jour. L’hôtel dispose d’un restaurant avec une belle variété de plats aux saveurs locales et autres. Malheureusement la chambre n’étant pas climatisée et se situant au 3e étage, c’était plutôt invivable avec les 30 quelques degrés à l’extérieur. Je l’ai mentionné à la personne au comptoir...

« La chambre était très spacieuse. Il y avait deux armoires pour ranger nos habits. Une belle salle de bain avec une douche moderne et une baignoire et un WC séparé. De plus il y avait un petit balcon à l'arrière de la chambre avec vue sur des arbres. « L’hôtel est difficile à trouver et situé dans une zone sans intérêt, loin de tout. La climatisation était mal réglée. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal. J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner. Pour le dîner , le service au restaurant était de mauvaise qualité : on a été obligés de demander qu’on nous apporte la carte La nourriture était médiocre ....

"L’hôtel est difficile à trouver et situé dans une zone sans intérêt, loin de tout. La climatisation était mal réglée. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal. J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner. Pour le dîner , le service au restaurant était de mauvaise qualité : on a été obligés de demander qu’on nous apporte la carte La nourriture était médiocre . On est partis un jour plus tôt . Le séjour m’a coûté cher. Établissement à éviter à tout prix "
