The dishwasher looked very dirty hard to trust the dishes that came out of it being clean. Dishes left in dish washer. Couch kept collapsing in on itself which made it hard to sit and enjoy a movie. Not enough silverware. Hot springs was amazing and we really enjoyed swimming and relaxing. The bed was like sleeping on an air mattress, soft and squishy. Bathroom was conveniently located in a separate building and the shower was in the pool, hot springs area. Because it is not a very large resort the hot springs were never too crowded. The hotel accommodations were simple but very well maintained. I could not get my grandchildren out of the walk in shower with the rain shower head. Nice large pillows, which most hotels do not have along with a comfortable bed. We were able to play in the hot springs upon check in, after dinner and again the next morning. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The improvements to the facility is well done. We will be back. The hot tub was full of a bunch of loud obnoxious teenagers, but still had a great time relaxing. Bed sucked, but the jetted tub was great. Check-in was easy, and hassle free.
