MASTER BEDROOM: Our master bedroom contains a Luxury Super King Sized mattress, fresh linen and sheets. You’ll be well rested to enjoy your time in Preston. If you are traveling with friends, you can easily unzip the double bed into two Single beds. LIVING ROOM: Our living room contains a large sofa bed and a brand new dining table that can accommodate 4\. We also have a new large smart TV with all the apps you will need to unwind. KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. You can also treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door. Please don’t hesitate to help yourself to our complimentary tea, coffee, jam and biscuits! GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS: We provide the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, ideal for those on extended trips. Families with younger children will appreciate the inclusion of a travel cot (available upon request & please bring your own sheets), We warmly welcome longer term bookings. Guest will receive a 15% discount for stays over 1 week. Guest will receive a 25% discount for 1 month stays or more. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps, as well as tea and coffee.
