### Raisa Superior Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces and marble bathroom

Apartment - Apartment in a prominent Wienerwald area, so-called Golden Ring around Vienna near the Wienerwaldsee. Located on the 1st floor, 70 m². 2 large rooms, parquet floor, a very large closed terrace (all windows are open). On this closed terrace is mini kitchen. Separate marble toilet. Designer marble bathroom with bidet and designer shower, a smaller open terrace. In front of the apartment a beautiful pergola with a bench to the garden.  
Suitable for 7 persons.  
  
A park-like garden with 100 years of antique linden and magnolia, as well as fir trees, wild grapes, flowers and ivy complement the garden with granite stone paved barbecue area.  
Ideal infrastructure: Countless hotels, restaurants, schools, shops of all kinds, doctors, famous Sacre Coeur high school, etc ... in the immediate vicinity.  
10 minutes walk to the Vienna Forest Lake. 5 minutes walk to the Strandbad Pressbaum. 3 minutes on foot to the regional train to Vienna. In 19 minutes at the Westbahnhof (U3 and U6) or in 12 minutes in Hütteldorf (U4).

#### Sehr enttäuschend!

Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen. Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher, Schälmesser, Kaffeemaschine oder wenigstes Kaffeefilter - Fehlanzeige! Einfache Pressspanmöbel mit immerhin 3 Kleiderbügeln im Kleiderschrank. Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine und Grill fehlten. WLAN instabil, Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit völlig unzureichend. Bei Betrieb des Zweiplattenherdes löste regelmäßig der Fi-Schutzschalter aus. Ein potenzielles Sicherheitsrisiko! Nach unserer Reklamation wurden kommentarlos ein WLAN-Repeater und eine Kochplatte mit Kabel vor die Türe gelegt. Die Empfangsstärke des WLANs war damit perfekt, die Geschwindigkeit aber unverändert völlig unzureichend im 2-stelligen K/s-Bereich. Ein Fernseher fehlte bis zu unserer Abreise. Immerhin war die uns zugewiesene Unterkunft frisch renoviert, geräumig und sauber. Heizung in Wohn- und Schlafraum sowie Warmwasser funktionierten einwandfrei. Man kann hier übernachten, wird sich aber nicht wohlfühlen. Für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub erscheint uns diese Wohnung völlig ungeeignet.
