Wake up each morning surrounded by the beautiful sights and sounds of this lakefront oasis for that long-awaited vacation! Featuring sweeping views of the water and green foliage, a private dock, and a sandy beach area, the whole family, including the family dogs can spread out and make the best memories. Inside, rustic charm awaits with natural wood accents, vaulted ceilings, and a stone fireplace. The chef of the group will be in paradise as well with a fully equipped kitchen offering a gas range, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. Come summer, there will be no better way to spend each evening than firing up the gas grill for a cookout on the deck. If you are lucky, some local wildlife may scamper by down below!

When it is time to hit the hay, the main floor offers two bedrooms. One features a king bed and a fireplace. The other is the main suite with an ensuite bath. The basement is home to three more bedrooms including one with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed and the others with a queen bed in each. These three bedrooms share a full bath.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: This home has a private dock in the water during the summer months that can comfortably hold 2 boats. Public boat launch is on the SE corner of Lynx Lake on Lynx Landing Drive, it is approximately 2.3 miles from this unit.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
