A little slice of peaceful pie! This charming 500 sqft home has been fully remodel with a modern touch to make for a relaxing stay! And with a fully fenced patio, your pup will love it too! Enjoy the proximity to downtown, while being far enough away from "Hussle and Bustle." It may be small, but it's mighty! This space has a full kitchen that is stocked with all the essentials, a private bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, a living area equipped with a Smart T.V., and a dining area. It also has a spacious side patio that is fully fenced with a BBQ and many seating options, plus it's very pet friendly! The home sits away from the street, providing plenty of parking with enough room to fit an R.V. or a trailer. \*\*\*This home is deep cleaned with alcohol and bleach-based products prior to every stay\*\*\* We wish to respect your privacy, but live locally in case you need anything. You will access the house by our keyless entry system, with a keycode specifically programed just for you. The home sits in the perfect location: Nestled in an eclectic neighborhood, its conveniently located just a handful of blocks away from the start of downtown. It's also walking distance to Granite Creek Park, which is a large grassy park that your dog will enjoy! However, the queen sized bed in the bedroom space occupied most of the space making it difficult getting in and out of the bed. The double door entry utilizes a code for access but doesn't close securely. The small step in front of the double doors is not large enough, especially when you are carrying any items. I would not recommend this property for senior citizens or persons with any disability. ##### James B. My back went out from the horrible mattress. The sofa in the living room was even worse. Instructions for the ac units unclear so i had to call for help. It took over an hour to get an answer. The cook top didnt work and i never got an answer on that. The mini blind in the bedroom has slats missing so the sun woke me up every morning at the crack of dawn. There was a hole in the bathroom wall next to the tub that looks like it was caused by water damage. Nit sure what was living in there. The little yard in the side was ok but no shade whatsoever. Property is NOT within walking distance of downtown. Neighborhood is sketchy part of town. As a single female i didnt feel as safe as i would like. I booked for 3 weeks. After a week i could hardly function because my back was so spasmed. I asked for some kind of refund for any part of the trip. The answer took 2 weeks and was NO. However they were very fast to charge my credit card when i booked. I have stayed in VRBOs in the past and had pleasant stays. This one has convinced me that i wont be returning for any more vrbo stays. ##### Juliet B. The weather took a turn for the worst and we were grateful for a warm and cozy place to stay. I have no trouble recommending this property - it was everything we needed and so comfortable. The property managers were very good with communication and so accomodating. We had everything we needed and more. I plan to stay here again when we enter agility trials in the fall.
