This charming 1 BR/1BA is located in a carriage home in the back of 109 Garden St. Exterior stairs to 2nd floor unit #1\. Cozy open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, breakfast table for two, cozy furniture, ceiling fans, window shades, TV, great room and spacious 1 BR with walk-in closet, bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. Plenty of parking on street or rear yard. This home is personally managed by the owners and not a management company. Comfortable bed, a nice and functional bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The biggest draw for this property, however, is the location. Located just a few blocks from Prescott's main square, this is close to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Much of it in easy walking distance. Despite that, the apartment is generally quiet, as it is located on the alley side of the property, instead of on the main street. Host Len McGee was very responsive when I had reason to contact him. I have no complaints and nothing but compliments regarding my stay. All-in-all a very nice property and one I'd like to return to, when I next have reason to visit Prescott. ##### Mark M. We stayed for 2 months (June-July). It was in a nice safe area day and night. We enjoyed walking to downtown everyday. The courthouse and the plaza is beautiful as is the surrounding scenery in Prescott. There were several free concerts every week and several art shows at the plaza during our stay. When we left our apartment we had a view of Thumb Butte. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Len McGee was the perfect host and promptly answered any questions we had! There were no problems. We had wifi, internet tv, and air conditioning. Prescott is beautiful with 5 lakes, beautiful hiking trails , forests, scenic drives, and amazing scenery. It is just big enough for two people - who get a long in close quarters. (: It had everything that we needed for the 10 days that we were there. We liked how close it was to everything; we could walk to downtown if we chose to. The neighborhood is quiet. We would stay again if we come to Prescott again. Prescott is a sweet little town with just about everything you would need over the course of the week, and this apartment follows that trend. Its small and a bit cramped, but has everything you need for a great stay. Lightning fast internet, good cookware, and a very comfortable couch/bed. Fair warning - mask use is relatively uncommon in Prescott. If that makes you uncomfortable, this spot is tucked away enough that it shouldnt be an issue. ##### Jonah M.
