It offers four apartments within the residence and features several amenities, including a swimming pool, yard, parking, and an installment plan option. The property is located in the hamlet of Canneto, just 3 km from the center of Prelà and 5 km from the center of Dolcedo. Outdoors The residence boasts a natural state property spanning 1,200 m2, fenced and adorned with trees and a natural garden. The standout feature is the above-ground, kidney-shaped swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 120 cm depth), available seasonally from January 1 to December 31\. An outdoor shower is provided, and there is a storage room for bicycles within the house. Other Information Access to the house is via a 50 m long, steep, and narrow motor access ramp. Parking is available at the house, although space is limited. The residence is situated in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, approximately 15 km from the sea and in a cul-de-sac, surrounded by the countryside. Distances and Attractions The residence is conveniently located 3 km from shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and cafés in Canneto. A supermarket is 12 km away in Imperia, the nearest city center. The "Porto Maurizio" railway station is 15 km from the property, and the sandy beach "Imperia - Porto Maurizio" is also 15 km away. The apartment features a bright, practical, and modern design. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a sofabed (140 cm) and satellite TV, with access to the terrace. One bedroom has a French bed (160 cm) and an exit to the terrace, while the other bedroom also has a French bed (1 x 160 cm). Amenities Included The apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and toilet. Gas heating is available for your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs (2), offering a marvellous panoramic view of the countryside and the resort.
