Il Vecchio Mulino is a rustic and comfortable cottage dating back to the 18th century, surrounded by trees. The property features 4 apartments and is situated in the district of Novelli, 1 km from the center of Tavole and 9 km from the center of Dolcedo. It offers amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and the option of an installment plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a shared natural state area of 1,000 square meters, fenced, with a lawn and trees. There is a seasonal swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 140 cm) available from May 15th to September 30th. Guests can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture.  
  
Other Information  
Access to the property is via a 1 km long narrow motor access road, followed by a 150-meter footpath. Public parking is available 150 meters away. Nearby amenities include a shop (6 km), supermarket (15 km), restaurant (2 km), bar (2 km), and the "Imperia / Porto Maurizio" railway station (17 km). Walking paths can be found 100 meters from the house.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The property is located in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 15 km from the sea and 1 km from the river. Nearby attractions include Madonna del Piano (800 m), Kapelle Santa Marta (5 km), and the pebble beach at Imperia (17 km). Please note that a car is recommended, and groups of teenagers are only accepted upon request.

The unit is a 3-room apartment with 78 square meters of living space, renovated in 2021 with rustic and cozy furnishings. It is located on the ground floor. The accommodation features one room with two bunk beds, a double bedroom, and a kitchen/living room area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a dining table in the kitchen/living room area. The apartment has an exit leading to the garden, terrace, and swimming pool.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers a shower/WC, electric heating (available only from October 15 to April 30), a terrace with furniture, a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot. Pets are allowed, with one dog permitted. The property provides internet access (WiFi) free of charge. Non-smokers only are accepted in this accommodation.  
  
Other Information  
You can enjoy a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside, and the resort from the apartment. During your vacation stay, you can relax by the swimming pool or spend time in the garden area. The maximum capacity of the apartment is four people, with two bedrooms and one bathroom available.
