"Excellent location for exploring the old town and attractions. Well appointed rooms, Air Conditioned, Smart TVs, hair dryer. We had an issue with our first room and the staff were very quick to respond and offer an upgraded solution. Close to really nice restaurants, the train station and car facilities. "The view from balcony is soOOO beautiful! Hotel is very kind to accept my request to upgrade the room to Superior Double Room with a lake view. Yes! It's worth the upgrade. Would recommend to stay in the main building. The free sauna is a great activity and we really enjoyed it at the end of the day. The reception guy (I think his name is Simon?) was super helpful and responsive on all our requests. Totally recommend to stay in this hotel!"
