New or newly renovated. Very courteous staff. Room was spacious compared to other hotels we stayed during our France trip. Good base of operations if you plan to drive around amd visit all the Alps towns like Chamonix

It was very clean, neat slopes, and restaurants. The accommodations are small with low ceilings and poor lighting. There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. She even struggled or pretended to struggle with getting a taxi which shouldn’t be an uncommon request at a hotel. She made what would have been a good experience an unpleasant one.

Bel établissement accueillant au centre de Pras sur Arly. Bon petit déjeuner. L’environnement est très construit. Chambre standard un peu petite pour bouger. La notre était là cinq.

Très bel Hotel, très confortable et très bien situé en plein centre de Praz Sur Arly (restaurants /commerces /pistes de ski accessibles à pied). Les logements (type appartement), sont très propres, très confortables, très beaux et très bien équipés. Bref une prestation parfaite. Seule surprise pour nous, la piscine, le jaccuzi, le restaurant, l'espace accueil n'étaient pas ouverts du tout, alors qu'aucune alerte, ni message ne nous en informaient durant la réservation. De plus, la première photo du site montre la piscine, la deuxième l'espace accueil, ce qui est vraiment trompeur, et même limite "mensonger". C'est très dommage, car c'est un très bel établissement, très bien situé, mais ce manque de clarté sur les équipements fermés fait qu'on a l'impression de réserver une Rolls et qu'on se retrouve avec une clio !... Norte fille était très décue, de même que moi même, car j'avais choisi cet hotel pour sa piscine intérieure (ce qui est mieux en hiver). Je pense que lors des réservations en cette période, cela devrait être indiqué en "très gros" et qu'il faudrait enlever les photos des équipements qui ne sont pas présents, sur tous les sites (hotels.com et le site de l'hotel).

Cozy!

I found the place to be very cosy, the room are quite "small", but the bed are excellent, everything is very clean, and our bathroom was brand new. We enjoyed especially the swimming pool and the spa, just perfect there (again the place is not huge) but very well thought and nicely organized. Last but not least, the assistance was great (good recommendations), and we had a terrific breakfast, with a lot of very good product. All nicely organized again. Warmly recommend for a couple stay

Super établissement qui mérite largement ses 3*

Jamais déçu de venir et revenir à La Griyotire. Accueil, équipement, service,...tout est très bien. Rien à dire. Si la clientèle pouvait être aussi discrète, agréable, polie et engageante que le personnel et la direction de cet établissement ce serait carrément le summum. Mais ça ce n'est pas de leur ressort.

L’hôtel est sympa, bien situé. Les chambres sont joliment décorées mais un peu petites. La salle de bains est vraiment sympa. Le seul bémol est qu’on ne pouvait pas réserver le dîner avant deux jours, nous avons du nous débrouiller tout seuls.

Un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Une petite chambre mais vraiment très mignonne avec tout le confort et une belle deco. Un matelas ultra confortable et de bons oreillers. Une chambre toute en bois avec balcon et très lumineuse. Bon petit déjeuner à l’hôtel et repas vraiment excellent en demi pension. On reviendra avec grand plaisir

Bien mais les prestations proposées pas présentes

Excellent séjour, avec un gros bémol sur la communication. En effet, mon critère principal de recherche était un établissement avec spa et piscine couverte, ce qui est le cas pour la griyotire, sauf que nous n'avions pas accès à ces services qui étaient fermés. L'appartement était au top, mais ayant.eu un très mauvais nous avons trouve le temps long puisque notre weekend Thalasso tombait a l'eau. Le coût du séjour est extrêmement élevé par rapport aux prestations.
