### Studio cabin in Praz-sur-Arly - 4 pers, pets, parking

This holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a recent residence with a lift. It comprises a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and access to a balcony, an equipped kitchenette, a closed cabin with two single bunk beds and a bathroom with a bath and toilet.  
  
The residence is ideally located between the village (500 metres), the ski slopes (600 metres) and the new swimming lake (300 metres).  
You will have a designated outdoor parking space and a private ski locker. The residence has an outdoor swimming pool, open in summer only. The swimming pool will be open from 27 June to 30 August, from 9:00 \[hidden\] to 7:00 \[hidden\]  
  
This apartment is classified as a 1-star furnished tourist accommodation.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.   
  
Additional services subject to availability: End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towel pack, Wi-Fi box, baby kit, kitchen linen.  
Please note that a deposit will be required upon arrival.  
Pets are accepted for an additional fee of €39.
