This holiday flat, located on the 1st floor of the residence with lift, comprises a living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, a mountain area with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with bath and a separate WC.

The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz-Sur-Arly (approx. 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approx. 600 metres away). The new summer swimming lake is just 450 metres from this holiday rental.
There is a covered parking space, an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker. The west-facing balcony offers views of the surrounding mountains.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
