AC was not functional in the hotel. Despite the rooms are in good condition, not having AC is not acceptable when payment is made for AC room. Location of the hotel is very good.

Stayed here for 2 nights during Mahakumb and this hotel is fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of netflix. During our stay we encountered many minor issues, like wifi connectivity, Ac not working and flies in the room however every member of staff at the hotel, especially Navya at the front desk and Sandeep went above and beyond to resolve our issues quickly and did so each and every time. Excellent service during such a busy time for the city and the hotel. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and helping us get a taxi to Varanasi. One suggestion is to the hotel to have cold drinks available to purchase/ order in the room. The hotel was excellent value in light of the options available at the time we stayed.

The facility was not fully ready to host guests. The AC window units were not properly installed and were just placed on a table next to the balcony door with the door open to vent the water out. The open balcony door was letting too many mosquitoes in. The floors of the building were under construction and caused a bit inconvenience. The staff was ok overall but there was no service that you would for the price I paid.
