The most important House Rules are:  
  
\* Silence from 10pm till 8am  
\* Social visits must be pre-approved by sending photos of their IDs for building authorization, and are limited from 8am until 10pm strictly and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, being a maximum of 4 people per day  
\* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in  
\* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours  
\* Only listed guests can sleep over  
\* Intended use is residential only  
\* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden  
\* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected  
\* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra  
\* Infants are not instantly allowed. Please consult with us.  
\* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged  
\* Returning the keys with delay without our prior approval (check-out time is up to 10h00) can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent  
\* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We are currently doing self check-ins and check-outs and leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
