The property is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Praia Grande. We are close to Feirinha da Guilhermina, a tourist and gastronomic spot in the neighborhood. With spacious rooms, guests will have a comfortable stay. Practically on the sand, 5 minutes walk from the beach.  
  
The apartment has one bedroom with separate rooms and is ready to accommodate up to 6 guests. We have a functional kitchen that provides conditions for preparing meals and two balconies with views of the city.
