"Two staff members went above and beyond, however all of the others couldn’t hide displeasure with having to wait for us to use Google translate to communicate. We consistently did our best. (When you work in hospitality, wouldn’t you expect that?) There is no area to sunbathe in a clothing optional space. The description felt disengenuous once we determined this. Building is not modern or updated, but is very very basic. Fun parties on weekends though. "

"My stay was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and relaxing. "The room definitely needs renovations; the furniture looked old, and the bathroom was particularly disappointing, with signs of mold and stains on the sink. Daily cleaning was underwhelming, although the room service was excellent. The reception staff’s attitude left much to be desired. Be cautious at checkout: we were charged for minibar items we did not consume—two bottles of water totaling R$24—even though we were certain we didn’t touch anything. The receptionist insisted, and while we didn’t argue, it was frustrating. Checkout itself also takes a long time. Location wise: if you want a quieter, sauter and cleaner neighborhood, it is good but it is far from all the tourist attractions. Overall, the hotel does not meet typical 4-star standards. "
