Room was big, modern and spotless. The only downside is the noise. The walls are not paper thin but it is a big old stone building with lots of echo. Kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom offered a large soaker tub. The staff could not have been nicer and were extremely helpful. We went in March and the only issue was it was noisy. There is a bar downstairs (which is excellent) but we heard the music until after 1:00 a.m We were on the 2nd floor and the staff moved us to the 4th floor this was better but between 4:30 am - 7:00 a.m. we heard a lot of talking and sometimes the garbage men. I don't think we are "light sleepers" but it did wake us up. Be mindful of the elevator weight, if it breaks you’ll fix it. Also, lock every door you walk through. We received three keys to get into our apartment and we did feel safer with the doors being locked but this area doesn’t seem that bad. The apt itself is wonderful. We have a view of the city.
