This charming and spacious apartment, located at Hroznová 4, is just a three-minute walk from the iconic Charles Bridge, offering an unbeatable location in the heart of the city’s historic district. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, this beautifully designed space provides the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and style for an unforgettable stay.  
  
The apartment features three generous bedrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy. An additional sofa bed is available, accommodating up to eight guests in total. Two elegant bathrooms, each with a luxurious bathtub, offer the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city, while a separate WC adds extra convenience for larger groups.  
  
The kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks during your stay. It includes modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine, ensuring both functionality and convenience despite its smaller size.  
  
With its unbeatable location, you’ll find Prague’s most beloved landmarks just steps away. The apartment uses a self-check-in system. Keys are located at the apartment address. Instructions will be sent after registration.  
  
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability.  
  
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.  
  
Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.  
  
No parties allowed. Please respect the peace of other residents.  
  
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 in line with Czech regulations.  
  
Communication will be handled via the platform you used for booking.  
  
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.  
  
Follow the instructions provided for trash disposal and proper use of appliances.  
  
Take care of the keys. If lost, contact the emergency number. Guests are responsible for any key-related issues.  
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).  
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.  
3) A deposit of 400 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies.  
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.  
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.  
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.  
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.  
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.  
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.  
10) No parties allowed. Don't disturb other residents.  
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.  
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.  
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.  
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment's appliances.  
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
