Très satisfaits de notre séjour. Très propre et bien situé. Le seul bémol est que la nuit, les clients des bars sous les fenêtres sont très bruyants jusqu’à très tard.

Appartement très spacieux, avec parquet en pointe de Hongrie, et un appartement très confortable et agréable. Je recommande entre amis, familles, couple. Attention à prévoir les dosettes de café pour le matin (non fourni)

Plein centre vieille ville !
Venons de quitter prague. Y avons séjourné avec 3 enfants ravis d'avoir connu cette très jolie ville remplie d'histoire. Y suis allée en août et il y fait extrêmement chaud. Le site indiqué climatisation... nous n'avons trouvé que des petits ventilateurs... beaucoup trop peu.

Appartement très bien situé
Les finitions de cet appartement laissent fortement à désirer: murs sales, canapés usés, sommier avec la moitié des lattes, fils électriques pendants des murs, tuyauterie corrodée apparente dans la salle de bain, congélateur bloqué par les glaces, bouilloire bien fatiguée etc. Autant être prévenu que la première impression visuelle sera négative. Ensuite l'appartement est très vaste et situé en plein centre de la vieille ville. Nous avons pu tout visiter facilement à pied ce qui est vraiment très agréable dans cette ville magnifique pleine de charme et de surprises. Cela fait oublier la première impression et nous avons finalement passé un très bon séjour avec nos trois enfants!

Emplacement parfait
Très bon séjour, une récupération des clefs un peu longue (45min) mais cela valait le coup. L'appartement etait très spacieux (3 lits double, 2 canapés...) et surtout très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, sèche-cheveux, machine a laver) ainsi que les produits d'entretiens + les pastilles pour lave-vaisselle. L'emplacement était idéal nous avons pu faire l'ensemble de Pragues à pied, bref nous vous le recommandons.

The location is a few blocks from Old Town Square (just a couple minute walk). We were on the top floor, which because of the heat, necessitated keeping the windows open. Loud street noise (until 5am) made this impossible. So we were hot. This room would be unlivable in the summer. Thankfully it rained a bit and kept things a little cooler.

A tourist trap, and one we fell right into. Extremely disappointed. We had multiple safety concerns, when we called to discuss we were asked to message via WhatsApp instead (so the staff didn’t have to discuss our concerns in front of new customers) with a promise of resolution straight away. 2 hours and multiple phone calls later, we were eventually offered another apartment (which was declined as it was in a completely different area of town, 30 minutes walk away with luggage). While there were LOTS of small inconveniences, our safety concerns included: - No smoke or carbon monoxide alarms, despite the apartment page showing these were fitted - A wardrobe that fell onto our 7 year old child when they opened the door - A shower that scalded our 10 year old after suddenly changing temperature, and was nearly unusable by adults for the duration of our stay - A window from the buildings communal hallway directly into the apartments shower cubicle (frosted glass, but still….) The response from staff when we raised these concerns? “Nobody else has complained before” Despite there being nearly 60 photos of the apartments online, none of them were for our apartment- and I can understand why. The wardrobe issue was “fixed” by placing a screw through a bit of unrelated plastic (a pipe and angle measure guide), the wardrobe backing and into the wall. We wished we had spent our entire stay at our previous accommodation (Three Golden Crowns Apartments- fantastic experience)

Apartment was very old, up 70 flights of stairs (209+) when the lift didn’t work plus for 2/3 nights we had either a domestic screaming match going on outside of our apartment or some crazed person knocking on doors and trying to gain access to our apartment, which frightened the life out of my wife and 2 young children. The operators didn’t want to have anything to do with it. No remedy and bad communication. An incredibly horrible experience, plus incredibly expensive

The property was not a 3 bed as advertised. We had to check in at a separate property which was 8 minutes walk from the reception which was not easy with 4 kids at almost midnight. I was given a flat on the 3rd floor with no lifts, fan or air conditioning and the property managers refused to move me when we were harassed by a shop owner in the same property. Very disappointing and I will not recommend.

Vi oplevede modsættende anmeldelser af udlejnings stedet, så var spændte/nervøse for hvordan stedet ville være. Vi havde ingen grund til bekymring! Lejligheden på Jakubskâ 3 i Prag var stor og rummelig, ren, med moderne indretning og imødekommende. Et stort plus at den lå i stueetagen og var stort set lydløs, selvom den ligger i centrum. Alt hvad vi havde lyst til at besøge, lå i gåafstand.

Great location, however, the bedding and pillows were stained. It was very, very loud in the building and if you closed the windows, it was very very hot in the apartment. They had 1 very small fan for 3 rooms Additionally, although we paid for a 3 bedroom, it was a two with a bed placed next to the couch in the middle of the living room. Don't stay here - its not even worth the cheap price

The apartment was impeccable, it was not the same as the photos, since it corresponds to a series of apartments that are managed, it was located in a quiet area and had everything required for a stay without problems. The only drawback was that it was more than 2 kilometers from the check-in place and the information provided at the inn was perfectly deliverable via email or WhatsApp, thus avoiding being from there to here.

Overall a good experience. There were only 2 minor issues: 1. The line to check-in at 2:00 was long and slow, causing some of the patrons to lose patience. 2. We asked for some extra sheets but when they were not delivered within 24 hours we needed to ask again (which worked). On the plus side, the apartments (we rented 4 of them) were clean and spacious and fantastically located near Old Town Square. The staff was friendly. Our special request for our 4 apartments to be located near each other was accommodated.

:-) Die Lage der Wohnung war schön zentral. Auch der tolle Stuck der Altbauzimmer ist hervorzuheben. :-( Leider hat es in der Toilette stark nach gekochtem Fleisch aus dem Schacht gerochen. Auch zwei der schönen, alten Türen ließen sich leider schlecht schließen. Der große Esstisch stand direkt im Eingangsbereich des Flures.
