It was close to transportation which connected to most of Prague. The easy walking distance to cultural sights, like the Prague castle, restaurants and cultural events made it ideally located. The location could not have been better! Everything was within a 1/2 hour walk, the view from our window was amazing and there’s even a nearby supermarket to get the basics. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. They arranged airport transfer for us which worked out to be the same price as taxi with a meter. It is a beautiful apartment hotel. We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5\. There were plenty of places to store and hang our clothes. The living and dining areas were large, comfortable, and charming. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was a lot of storage, and there was even a cute terrace. It was unusually hot for the first part of our stay in Prague and the air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled every room. The location is also wonderful, It was quiet at night, but so convenient to everything you want to see and do in Prague. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the door. The tram stop is also just outside and made it very easy to take the trip up to the Prague Castle. It is a short walk to the Charles Bridge and across the bridge to Old Town and all the sites to see there. Most importantly all of the staff members were friendly, helpful, and polite and spoke perfect English. The airline lost one of the pieces of our luggage and the staff was very helpful in communicating with the airline and seeing to it that when it did arrive at the airport it was delivered very quickly to our room. We can't say enough wonderful things about this place.
