The space was very clean and the desk manager was incredibly helpful, making suggestions and even reservations for dinner and other activities. he was there 7 am to 7 pm and we were given a key to access after hours. I felt very safe at the location. We weren't sure what to expect of this hotel or Prague itself, but both turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The room was beautiful and spacious, the staff was INCREDIBLE and you could not ask for a better location: a quiet beer garden at the end of the street, a coffee shop next door, and about a 2-minute walk to the main square and astronomical clock. The only "downside" is the hours; being a smaller establishment there is only someone at the desk from 8am to 8pm, but if you have arrival/departure needs that fall outside those hours they are happy to work with you (for instance we flew in at midnight and they arranged for the transportation driver to give us an envelope with the keys inside).
