Everything great, kind staff, super clean, very comfortable, excellent mattress, plentiful breakfast with good food. You can book that place without thinking twice.

Bon séjour
Tout était très bien. L'hôtel est à 12 min à pied de la vieille place, ce qui est assez pratique. Ils proposent un service de navette payante pour l'aéroport. Le personnel est très chaleureux, conciliant et ils parlent très bien anglais. La literie et le petit déjeuner sont très corrects.

We had a wonderful 4nights here. The staff were amazing. Special shout out to Amadeus and Sara who went above and beyond. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of selection and good coffee.

This hotel is a hidden jem. It is in the middle of residential neighbourhood with big windows, and lots of natural lights. However, noise is one thing that I give it 4 stars because our room is in the corner of the street surrounded by restaurants and bars. It can get noisy at night till very early in the morning like 4am. No wonder the hotel installed two layers of windows.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die bekanntestes Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es befinden sich sehr viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in der Nähe. Es ist ein sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel mit einem super Frühstücksbüffet. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass man Wasser, Kaffee oder Tee am Empfang bekommen hat und diese nicht jeden Tag automatisch im Zimmer nachgefüllt wurden. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

all of our family are satisfied with this hotel! the room space is big enough, and the view from the room window makes us feel comfortable. the breakfast buffet is no wonder perfect of this journey! Most of all, the receptionist is very helpful about everything!

This hotel punches way above its weight. The staff are very efficient and helpful. Speaking excellent English they were of great help throughout our stay. We had checked in online so we only had the shortest of stays in reception before going to our room. The room was towards the back of the hotel and was very quiet. But I think all the rooms would be quiet as it’s sat back from the nearest busy roads. The room itself was very clean, bright and spacious. Lots of storage space. A large counter/desk with fridge under and coffee/hot water machine on top. The bed was a twin linked together but was very comfortable and very big. The bathroom was modern, well finished, clean and spacious. Everything in the room was functional and well thought out. Couldn’t fault it. Breakfast was good and plentiful, catering for every need. Cereals, cakes, continental, cooked, pastries, fruit, juices etc and all very fresh. Its location is a 2 min walk from several tram stops on 2 lines. It’s only a 15 min walk to the Charles Bridge & another 5 to the Old Town Square. We thought the location was ideal. There are numerous small bars, restaurants and mini markets in the neighbourhood, so plenty on offer. There is a small bar right opposite the hotel we used as a nightcap place. So cheap and the beer so good! Really recommend this hotel. You would not be disappointed!

Newly renovated and very spacious room in a nice area of Prague old town. Would highly recommend to any travellers looking for a great value on a very nice and luxurious stay. Basically had my own personal apartment to myself.

Fantastic Hotel
Fantastic hotel! New, clean, conveniently located, and fabulous breakfast. After returning home, I realized that I had accidentally left my wallet in the safe. To my delight, the hotel promptly sent my wallet back to my country, and I was overjoyed to find that all of my cash and cards were still safely intact. I am incredibly grateful to the hotel for their outstanding service and for ensuring the return of my wallet. Thank you so much!
