My boyfriend and I only used the trams twice whilst there and those were also easy to navigate and cheap - you can use contactless to pay for a ticket on the tram :) Incredible apartment and amenities. Ours had fully functional oven, fridge, dishwasher, a good range of cookwear, washing machine and free tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets and even washing powder! Overall modern, stylish and spotlessly clean - and warm! They seemed to have timers on for the heating which meant the apartment was always lovely and warm in evening after a day spent exploring on -2 temperatures. Nice reception staff who are more than happy to assist you with booking tours etc, and a great place to eat round corner - Panki's Cafe. Also local shop to buy bread, milk, eggs etc. Only things to note - mild smell of stale water in bathroom, and the lock on the main front door was faulty so we and another couple couldnt get in - though the hotel responded incredibly fast and someone was out to fix it in around 10-15 minutes!
