Our beautifully renovated apartment, located in the heart of the city, offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. This comfortable retreat features two cozy beds, ideal for families or small groups looking to explore the vibrant surroundings.  
  
There\`s a very well-equipped kitchen ready for all your culinary adventures, complete with modern appliances and almost everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee, and enjoy your meals at the cozy dining area.  
  
Relax and unwind in the inviting living space, which features a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The stylish bathroom, with contemporary fixtures and a refreshing shower, provides a serene escape after a busy day.  
  
One of the apartment’s standout features is its view of the square. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, the charming scenery will enrich your stay and give you a glimpse into the vibrant local atmosphere. Additionally, you can relax on the serene private balcony!  
  
Enjoy the perfect home base for your city adventures, with all the comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable stay.  
  
Check-in starts at 16:00\. Please share your arrival time. Early check-in is subject to availability.  
  
The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. Keys are located at the apartment address with 24/7 access. All necessary instructions will be sent after check-in.  
  
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability.  
  
Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment.  
  
Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.  
  
No parties allowed. Please respect the peace of other residents.  
  
Respect Czech law and quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.  
  
Communication will be handled through the platform you used for booking.  
  
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.  
  
Follow the instructions provided for trash disposal and appliance usage.  
  
Take care of the keys. If lost, contact the emergency number. You are responsible for any key-related issues.  
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).   
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.  
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest\`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank\`s processing times and policies.  
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00\. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.   
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address, which has 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.   
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.   
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.   
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.  
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.   
10) No parties allowed. Don\`t disturb other residents.   
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.   
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.   
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.   
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment\`s appliances.   
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
