This elegant apartment of 36 meters offers accommodation for 4 people. The space of the apartment is designed in an aesthetically pleasing and highly functional way. The space includes a living room with a dining table and a kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The apartment is air-conditioned. The living area has a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The comfort of the stay is ensured by all good quality appliances. Guests can use a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and TV in the living room, as well as free Wi-Fi. The apartment has a desk for remote work, so travelers can meet their business obligations with a calm head. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building on Garbary Street, in the very center of Poznań. Despite the busy street where the building is located, the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard and is free from the hustle and bustle of the city. This excellent location means that all major tourist attractions are within easy reach here! Poznan's Old Market Square with its famous Goats on the Town Hall and wonderful, colorful townhouses is just a 4-minute walk from the property. There are also plenty of great restaurants, cafes and clubs around the Market Square. The property's location is great for an afternoon or evening of socializing or recreation. The Old Town also abounds in museums, such as the Rogal Museum (270 m), the Archaeological Museum (400 m), or the National Museum (850 m), full of excellent works of art. It's also worth going to the famous Półwiejska Street and visiting the magnificent architectural gem that is Poznan's Stary Browar shopping center. For those who want to relax, the Old Warta River Park with playgrounds for children is only 5 minutes away from the apartment, and right next to it stretches Poznan Warta Highway, ideal for cycling. It takes about 35 minutes to get to Lawica Airport by car, and less than 20 minutes to get to Poznan Central Railway Station.

#### Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit organisatorischen Mankos

Leider war der Check-In Prozess unzumutbar, weil man zuerst in ein anderes Haus muss, um den Haus und den Wohnungsschlüssel aus dem Schlüsseltresor zu holen. Hier stimmte der Türcode nicht und der Zugang konnte nur über die im selben Haus gelegene Gastronomie erfolgen. (Der Mitarbeiter dort war sehr hilfsbereit!) Dann liegt in dem Safe leider nicht der Sender für den TG-Stellplatz. Bedeutet, man muss zuerst in die Wohnung in den 5\. Stock gehen, um den Sender zu holen. Erst dann kann man das Auto ind er Ebene -3 abstellen. (In der Gegend ist es nicht einfach Stellplätze entlang der Straße zu finden.) Außerdem wird geschrieben, dass das Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt ist. Trotzdem riecht es extrem nach altem Rauch - für Nichtraucher SEHR unangenehm. In das Bett in der viel zu engen abtrennbaren Nische kommt man nur extrem schlecht rein. Eine Person liegt an die Wand gedrückt und muss über die andere Person drübersteigen.....
