The stylish apartment with a balcony is suitable for 2-3 people. The area of 28 m² consists of a seating area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In addition, the apartment includes a private balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for one person and a double bed, the apartment provides the perfect place for rest and relaxation. There is a view of the river from the windows. A wide range of amenities, including multimedia (flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi access), as well as bathroom and kitchen facilities, guarantee the utmost comfort to our guests. Complimentary toiletries, towels and linens are provided to facilitate the start of each stay. The fully equipped, functionally furnished apartment is distinguished by its modern and tasteful design and careful finishing. This unique apartment is located in a modern building in a closed, monitored area at 104 Garbary Street in the very center of Poznań. Despite the busy street where the building is located, the apartment is quiet and free from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the other hand, all major tourist attractions are at your fingertips here! Poznan's Old Market Square is just a 10-minute leisurely stroll from the property, where there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes clubs and a museum. The location of the property great for afternoon, evening social outings or recreation. Citadel Park is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. There are huge green areas perfect for jogging, walking and cycling. There is also a playground for children. In the vicinity of the property - the Old Port, which looks spectacular in the evenings. Next to the building itself, on Garbary Street, there are public transport stops, which provide a convenient connection with the Poznań Trade Fair Center on Rossevelta Street (10 minutes by bus). Near the building many grocery stores (Żabka - 85 ) and more.
