Welcome to Casa de Brasada! With wide-open spaces surrounding and within this home, you will find everything that you need to enjoy your vacation has already been planned for you.  
  
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞  
Casa de Brasada has intentional gathering spaces that make for a relaxing and inviting environment. The outdoor covered dining area is perfect; you can be outside in the summer when it's warm, but shaded so you stay comfortable. The main floor living room has an oversized couch, a comfy ottoman, cozy blankets, and a large gas fireplace that warms you from where you sit. The upstairs living room allows for a second indoor meeting place. The main floor bedrooms are spacious and tucked away, making them a great escape. The bunk room and queen bedroom upstairs are great for the kids, and they have their own full bathroom to share.

You'll have access to our cabin and a wide range of amenities at Brasada Ranch!  
  
RESORT AMENITIES:  
You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, athletic club pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees). Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.  
  
Guests are not provided access to the Club’s Cascade Pool  
  
Fire pits:  
Brasada Ranch has temporarily banned the use of all outdoor fire pits until further notice.

There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests.  
\*Children aged 5 and under are not included in the guest count and are exempt from the resort fee.  
\*Brasada members are also exempt from the resort fee.  
  
Resort fee will be collected by us separately before your stay, even if you choose not to use the resort amenities.  
Once we calculate the total resort fee, we will send you a separate request for payment, which will include a 10% payment processing fee.

• Jan 01 - May 12 = $36 / person / night  
• May 13 - Sep 30 = $68 / person / night  
• Oct 01 - Dec 31 = $40 / person / night

If you're booking July 4-6, please note that guests will not have access to the athletic club and pools, and no resort fees will be charged for these dates.

• The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)

• The restaurant, athletic center, general store, and pool area are located 0.8 miles from this property.  
• Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.  
• Guests may not utilize or park RVs, off-road vehicles, trailers, or other large vehicles at this property.

This is our second time staying at the property. Wonderful views and location! Had everything we needed and plenty of space for two families. Brasada fees are getting a bit ridiculous but we still love coming. Highly recommend!

#### Amazing house in Brasada

We loved every minute of our stay at Casa de Brasada. The house itself is magnificent. Lots of open space in the living room and kitchen area for entertaining, eating, and having fun. Large master bedrooms on the main floor and extra space upstairs was great. Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck. Enjoyed riding bikes, swimming, and golfing in Brasada. A magical place that we plan on returning to very soon!

The house is beautiful and well stocked. The layout allowed for everyone to feel spread out and we enjoyed how easy it was to get to and from the main house for lunch and dinners, it was a short drive from the house. This is our second time at Brasada Ranch and this house is by far our favorite so far, so hopefully we’ll be back again in the future. A few things I noted for a next time if we stay here, both master rooms have bed frames that are very high, I’m under 5’ 5” and so is my mother in law, if we stayed in the future, I would probably bring a small step stool to safely get into the bed. We did have a minor issue with the latch of the main door opening, but we informed the owner and I’m sure maintenance has already taken care of it. Overall, it was a great stay.

This house is even more stunning in person than it appears in the listing. It is hard for pictures to capture the massive size of the rooms and height of the ceilings. Everything in the home is top of the line, and it is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The layout is quite functional as well, and would work well for large groups or multiple couples/families. The hosts were very responsive. I had a lovely stay and would love to come back!

Property was wonderful. Exactly as described with great views. We found the walk to the clubhouse and restaurants easy (although we are quite fit, so it might be easier to drive). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely rent again!! Would definitely recommend a thorough deep clean, however, and then a better cleaning company as we did have to do a bit of cleaning ourselves.

#### I didn't want to leave

This home is beautiful. So comfortable. We came for our daughters wedding. So we used the garage as a base camp for decor and everything. It was so comforting to sit by the fire and look out at 3 sisters. It was absolutely magical. It is now my dream home, If I ever build. The perfect floor plan. You could cook in the kitchen and kids could watch a Christmas movie and you didn't feel like you were competing to talk over each other. The open floor plan is amazing!! I will never stay in another rental home that doesn't have that type of set up. It was perfect. My daughter got dressed in the master suite and it was perfect as her bridesmaids gathered around! got some great pictures off the deck. It was wonderful. As we checked in..we could text 24-7 with any questions. They were so helpful!! The best home I've ever stayed in.

had a great time, enjoyed the entire house and all of the amenities provided, including the bike! when the weather sucked, we kicked the fireplace on which was a great benefit.

#### Great for large groups

Awesome large house that is great for larger groups. Very nice area with views. If renting through VRBO make sure to have everything you need for your stay. Brasada Ranch will not help you out with minor things like towels, propane exchange. Would definitely rent this house again!

#### Fabulous Family Fun

This gorgeous house is amazing. It has big, beautiful rooms, high ceilings, lots of windows, fantastic vistas, and loads of space. It is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated in a style that suits the setting. It was the perfect home for our family vacation.
