Authentic traditional farmhouse of character from the 19th century (old stables in a farmhouse) carefully restored according to the rules of the art, nestled in a "belvedere" exposed on a small hill, on the edge of meadows at the edge of a vast wild forest (to discover on foot or mountain bike), in the hollow of a bucolic valley sheltering a small pond (where wild ducks nest). Magnificent setting of nature & greenery. Literal haven of peace & rest. Possibility of observing wildlife on site (deer, roe deer, wild boars, foxes, etc.). Calm & total tranquility, nestled in a dead end in a peaceful mini rural hamlet, in the heart of the rolling Charolais countryside & its sublime wooded bocage, close to a renowned 40 ha fishing pond (Étang du Grand Baronnet), in the heart of a magnificent preserved environment largely protected in ZNIEFF & "Natura 2000 Zone" for its faunal & floristic riches including the protection of the rare "European pond turtles" (set of 4 ponds surrounded by vast preserved plant belts). Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Large living room. Warm country character with contemporary accents dialoguing with the traces of the past & the soul of the original building (stone wall & period framework). Cozy, cocooning & ultra cozy. Huge charm. Authentic traditional farmhouse of character dating from the 19th century, carefully restored & revisited into a very comfortable contemporary-style holiday home, nestled in a quiet area, on the edge of meadows on the edge of the vast wild forest of Bois de Chaume, in a peaceful mini rural hamlet located 6.5 km from the commercial town of Saint-Vallier (very many amenities on site including a supermarket) & 11 km from Montceau-les-Mines, a historic mining town dotted with lakes & ponds, now entirely dedicated to cultural & outdoor activities (all shops, services & leisure facilities, river marina & rich industrial heritage to discover on site). Absolute tranquility, nestled in the heart of a peaceful, preserved setting of nature and greenery, largely classified and protected in ZNIEFF & "Natura 2000 Zone" for its rich ecosystems, not far from a large 40 ha fishing pond, in the heart of the gentle Charolais countryside and its sublime hilly bocage dotted with ponds and forests.
