Single-story farmhouse located opposite the owners' house, in a hamlet of three houses, 300 meters from the village center.  
  
Ground floor: equipped kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed), one bedroom (two single beds), shower room, toilet, large living/dining room (with wood-burning stove; wood: €0.50 per log). Heating included (heat pump). Large enclosed garden with terrace. Children's play area at the village pond 100 meters away.  
The Cher à Vélo cycle path is 1 km away.  
Wi-Fi included. Non-smoking accommodation. For your next holiday, you will be welcomed to this charming farmhouse located in the countryside, in a very peaceful setting. From this cottage, you will have a view of the vineyards and the grounds of the neighboring château. You'll feel right at home here, with a beautifully decorated and furnished interior, and a delightful exterior featuring a garden, a terrace with a table and four chairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor lounge area with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table. Your family can take advantage of this gîte's ideal location to visit the Loire Valley châteaux, including Montpoupon, Amboise, Chenonceau, Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, the charming town of Loches, and the Beauval Zoo, which is only 10 minutes away. And for cycling enthusiasts, you now have access to the Cher à Vélo cycle route, just a 5-minute bike ride from the gîte. Numerous attractions await you within a 40 km radius, so don't hesitate!
