Special Property Information: Due to the close proximity of the lake, there is an unidentified type of gnat located in this area. Fortunately, they do not bite and are harmless, but they can be a nuisance when there is a large amount of them. We have had a pest inspector out to the property but there is no known insecticide that can be sprayed to deter or eliminate them. They are attracted to moisture and light, so at night they are drawn to the house when the indoor and outdoor lights are on. My family and I along with some friends had a wonderful and relaxing time. It was a perfect location for what felt like a private beach day with great sand, water, and views. The host was amazing and easy to contact. It was a short 3-5 min walk to the water. The house had everything you could think of already there. We had 9 people (including two 1 year olds and teenagers)and it was all very comfortable. Definitely enjoyed our weekend stay. ##### Michelle R. The whole house has been updated and has all new state of the art appliances. The beds were all super soft and the bedding was so comfortable. There wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have. Great dishes, pans and serving dishes! And plenty of beach and bathroom towels. Also our son had just gotten married and Hillary had a sweet basket of goodies and wine waiting for them. That was so nice. The second house on the property was great, our in laws stayed in there and loved it. The fans in both houses and the new updated AC units are COLD which is so nice since it is so hot. Also it truly is ON THE WATER, just a quick little walk down a beautiful path and you are there. The upper and lower decks were gorgeous and also had nice fans to help keep you cool. Great communication with the property manager and she took care of us wonderfully!
