The location is spectacular, the house is deceptively roomy with plenty of space (even for the couple of rainy days we were stuck inside) for our family of 5 including three teens - the lake, kayaking, swimming was amazing, the friendly chipmunk visitors every day were a huge hit - the house is the best kitted out of any property I have ever stayed in and everything is thought of. Near to Colton and Potsdam for anything you need or just hang out at the lake.
