Summary: Welcome to our updated and spacious home in the heart of Post Falls, just 5 minutes from I-90\. This large house features a fully furnished kitchen, 2 living areas, and a recreation area with ping pong for your entertainment. The home boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard and the convenience of being close to all the attractions Northern ID and Eastern WA has to offer. Guest Access: Entire home and backyard. Ample parking available; utilize the garage, large driveway, or park along the street. The kitchen and appliances were clean and easy to use, and we had access to the washing machine and dryer. The hosts were responsive, and it was easy to get into the house and log into the wi-fi. There was a lot of good seating space and an open floor plan, which made it easy for the family to gather and visit. The ping-pong table in the basement was a huge hit with grandparents and grandkids. The neighborhood was quiet, the water pressure was excellent, and it was nice to have both the pod coffee maker and the drip coffee maker. There was easy access to grocery stores and the freeway.The house lacked a few minor conveniences that would have improved our stay. For example, it would have been nice to have e.g. cornhole for the backyard or some family boardgames indoors, and I think the older generation would have liked some additional heavy blankets for the bed because they got cold at night. The washing machine buttons need re-labeled, and though the kitchen was nicely stocked with baking dishes, plates, cups, etc., we would have appreciated containers, aluminum foil, or plastic wrap for storing leftovers and maybe some additional spatulas. Overall, the house was a good choice for a family stay as we visited other friends and family in Post Falls and we would stay there again. ##### Lindsey B. This year we decided to rent this VRBO so that we could all spend the entire weekend together! It worked out amazing. Places for everyone to sleep. We were able to stay up late and play games at the very large dining room table. Plenty of space to have our taco fest set up in kitchen area. And to top things off, they even had a Christmas tree and some lights up which completely took us by surprise and made our holiday gathering much more festive. Jeff was very attentive and welcoming to us and we had no problems with any part of the checkin/checkout process! This well appointed home gave us the perfect base for celebrating a family member’s successful completion of her doctorate and a chance to catch up with family that live in the area! We also were able to visit our favorite food truck, Las Brasas at Post Falls Pavilion. The comfortable setting and quiet neighborhood with wonderful beds gave us the rest that was needed! It was very clean and roomy and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a funeral, and we had plenty of room for some family members to come over for dinner afterward. It is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. The beds were comfy. The host responded promptly to my messages. Would definitely stay there again! ##### Kathy D. Our trip was for a wedding. The home was within 5 minutes of the venue. We had a party of 10\. Our kids said the home was like the tent in Harry Potter, bigger on the inside the it looked on the outside. The five bedrooms were quite comfortable, enough room for us. Memory Foam mattresses, plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen had a good stock of pans and cooking utensils, dishes etc. even spices to cook with. BBQ grill for steaks. I had a couple of questions for the host and Jeff was very prompt in answering. ##### Carol E.
