We recently stayed at Bangalla Possom Creek for a 3 day weekend. We were a party of 8 women from the same family living across 2 states meeting for a much needed catchup. We didn’t consider any accommodation that did not have a pool. Clearly the pool was a major draw card for this property. However on arrival at 2.30pm Friday the pool was green and full of leaves. We immediately contacted the property manager who promised a pool contractor would be around early Saturday morning. By mid morning when no such contractor had arrived we contacted the property managers again. We were promised he would arrive at 12pm. By Saturday evening we realised there would be no pool use over our weekend and that clearly the property manager had given us the run around. I expressed my frustration in an email and finally received an email apologising with a less than believable excuse the the pool contractor ‘went to the wrong address’. I would add that the house and surrounds were lovely, comfortable beds, chefs kitchen and were most adequate. However at the risk of sounding petty one does expect guest soaps in 5 star accommodation. ##### Mal F. There is plenty of space and enough bathrooms to cater for the numbers the house can hold. A Perfect Stay did indeed make our stay perfect by helping us through a few things that happened, that were completely out of their control. Only down side was the pool pump below one of the bedrooms, but other than that, this house is well equipped to cater for a sizeable group. ##### Marissa H.
