The only downside is the check in time of 5pm. We arrived early and they did allow us to use the facilities whilst we waited, and said we would be contacted if the room was ready before, it wasn’t. Which seemed quite long but it was still okay. Check out is 10am which seems crazy for a 5pm check in. That’s the only downside. Really great stay. Would stay again."
