However, the neighborhood is ten minutes from downtown Portsmouth, an artsy area with a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment. Much of the economy in the city is driven by the Portsmouth naval Hospital and the Naval shipyard, located within short travel distance to the property. Major roads and highways, including I-264, are easily accessible, making it simple to navigate to nearby attractions and neighboring cities. \- Public Transit: Portsmouth offers a variety of public transportation options. The Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) bus system serves the area, with several routes available nearby. For more extensive travel, the Portsmouth Transit Center provides connections to other parts of the region. \- Nearby Attractions: Many popular destinations are just a short drive away.
