### Fantastic 4 Bedroom House

We are delighted to present this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom property, which sits in a quiet area and offers accommodation over 3 floors. Within a 10 minute walk of all local amenities. There is free on street parking available (permits can be provided on request).  
  
There is a comfortable sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridges, freezer, microwave, oven and hob.  
The WIFI is a high speed mesh system.  
The bedrooms are set out as follows:-  
Bedroom 1 - 1 double,  
Bedroom 2 - 1 double  
Bedroom 3 - 2 singles  
Bedroom 4 - 2 singles  
  
There are 2 bathrooms located on the upper floors with a bathroom and also a separate shower room.
