Sleeps 6: Large 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom House in Central Portree

COVID-19 cleaning routine in place.
Number 12 is a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom self catering 'holiday let' house centrally located in the Island's capital, Portree. This large house sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The house is situated in a small crescent of similar houses off the main road. Number 12 is a short walk to the village centre and shore (less than 5 minutes) and is the pefect base from which to explore the Island. Off-street parking for up to 4 cars is available on the large block-paved driveway.
This holiday let has an ensuite family room (double and single), a twin ensuite room, a twin room with adjacent shower room and WC and a further ground floor double bedroom also with adjacent shower and WC.

Number 12 has oil fired central heating. There is a large lounge and well-appointed kitchen with dining room. Guests are also free to use the large rear garden.

Beautiful 4BR home with plenty of space. Located near town center this home is perfect to use as a base on the Isle. Plenty of space for multiple cars. Wonderful restaurants nearby. But do make reservations as they can be busy. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future.

Terrific home base

Terrific location and comfortable accommodations for a family adventure to Skye. Very easy walk into town for restaurants and shops, of which there are many. Portree is a central location for exploring the rest of Skye. Nice to have separate rooms - and bathrooms, for all of our boys. Showers are small, but good hot water and pressure. Host is very responsive and accommodating.

We hebben een prima verblijf in dit huis gehad. Alle kamers waren netjes verzorgd en in de keuken ook alles voldoende aanwezig. Grote tuin achter het huis en ook een ruime parkeerplaats voor het huis.Het huis ligt op loopafstand van winkels en restaurants. Al is het terug naar huis wel een flinke klim. Kan dit huis goed aanbevelen voor gezin of vriendengroep.

This property was the perfect spot for our family stay in Skye, safe, well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located. When we had a minor issue with an appliance, the owners responded immediately to our message and then went above and beyond to address our concern right away (which is so very difficult to do on Skye). We are so grateful for the opportunity to experience one of the most beautiful places imaginable from such a lovely home.

House was conveniently located in town so close to store and restaurants. Plenty of parking for our two rental cars - a good base to tour around the Isle of Skye!Could not quite figure out the timing for the hot water in sinks - but at least the shower was hot.

The flat is as listed. It was clean and in good condition. Location is amazing for walking to the town center. Queen beds are futon which wasn’t ideal but surprisingly tolerable to sleep on. Water heating is on a timer so you will need to adjust to get hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Not a big deal if you know what you’re doing. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

It was a lovely clean place to stay. We were asked ahead of time how we wanted bed configuration, it was suggested we could all have king beds (beds could be pushed together & made up as kings) well none of the 3 beds were like that when we got there. Other than that it was close to shops, places to eat and Portree was lovely

Quiet & Private

Four friends with plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. After sharing two rooms for the past 8 nights, it as great to be able to stretch out a bit in some private spaces. I will recommend that anyone who books bring their own soap as that was not readily available

Family Trip
