Outdoors: The property is in a busy area, yet traffic-calmed, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. Public parking is available on the road.

On the ground floor, you'll find a simple and comfortable living/dining room equipped with a TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchenette is also located on this level and features four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave. Additionally, there is a bath/bidet/WC on the ground floor.

The vacation property offers several amenities for your convenience, including air conditioning, a washing machine, heat available (extra cost), a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is 8 guests, and the accommodation features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The upper floor consists of an entrance hall with air conditioning and forced-air heating, one double bedroom, and one room with two bunk beds. Both rooms on this level have access to a balcony. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this floor. The second upper floor follows a similar layout, with an entrance hall, one double bedroom, one room with two bunk beds, and a shower/bidet/WC. All rooms on the second upper floor have air conditioning and forced-air heating, with access to a balcony. The property features two balconies measuring 5 square meters each and a partially roofed terrace of 30 square meters.
